Our Aims

The Berkshire Community Learning Network aims to connect people across Berkshire with advice and learning to help them to achieve their goals, whether it is to be able to integrate more into the community they live in, improve their employability, move jobs into a different sector or improve their prospects of promotion by learning new skills.

Our Purpose

Create a robust, independent and sustainable Pan Berks network of learning networks that is truly representative, involves all sectors, preserves and builds on existing provision and linkages, shares good practices and enables wider participation by supporting brokerage between learners, potential learners and learning providers.

Key Objectives:

• Build the infrastructure that enables sharing and brokerage
• Encourage working between sectors, services, agencies and across borders by funding collaborative projects
